The 2002 original was relatively one of densest tracks on the album. Two guitars, two voices, overdubbed with slide guitar and a MIDI ‘lead guitar’. The question was how to enhance it without going too far.

Changes from the original:

• strict tempo
• the slide guitar is less tinny through also using DI with an amp effect applied
• additional harmonies in verse and chorus
• percussion added
• added upper and lower string sections
• a re-worked guitar lead break with longer notes, bends, and harmony notes
• end harmonics overlaid with tubular bells
