So as not to be a slavish copy, I sourced new ‘boat’ sounds. Like the original, throwing them together makes for surprisingly good atmospherics.

Regarding arrangement changes, the new version:
• adds percussion
• drops the fourth verse (“one of these days”) as it created too large a gap between choruses for my voice to carry the song
• replaces that fourth verse with an instrumental break
• adds TWO synths, one being richer/stronger
